the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. the staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. the room was clean and comfortable, with fast wifi and a safe. Plus, they provided beach towels, which was a nice touch. the hotel's restaurant may not be in operation, but with so many dining options nearby, it wasn't a problem.
The AC in the room was a bit noisy.

It's not worth to stay on this hotel. You can get better hotels at the same price at Phi Phi which are much better than this one.

Nothing is good about this hotel
Worst Hotel Ever... Never recommended. The staff is bad, they keep your passport as deposit, no lift, nobody to carry your baggage, very irritating smell just outside the hotel, far from the nightlife, and many more. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

ivory phi phi island exceeded my expectations with their super clean and lovely-smelling rooms. The receptionist, Juni, was amazing and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, even arranging for my lost headphones to be sent to my next destination.
Noisy room on the first night.

Location was perfect, the gentleman on the front desk was most helpful and polite, and could make activity bookings without any hassles. Ivory is a simple yet small and modern hotel, perfect for spending most of your day out yet having somewhere nice to comeback to at the end of the day,

The couple that run the hotel are very friendly. The location can be a little noisy as its right smack in front of the market but it doesn't get noisy at night because everyone closes up. The food downstairs is very nice and highly recommended for the quality. Price wise, you will be able to find slighter cheaper and still tasty food down the road. Of course there's the popular Pad Thai stall across the street too. If you need hot water, you can bring your flask to the restaurant below and they'll happily provide it.
It can get a little noisy from the market ambience outside. Rooms are not very sound-proof so be prepared to be waken up by your neighbour in the morning. There are reminders to be quiet but there will still be some who slam their door at 6am. The room is basic but comfortable, but doesn't have a proper blanket just another sheet to be used as a cover. The shower and sink water has a strong salty taste which I suppose is normal for an island hotel (the other hotels I've stayed at were admittedly more expensive and upscale so I can't complain).

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the island with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. It was convenient to explore the island from there. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist with any queries or bookings we had. The double room we stayed in was cozy and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The room we stayed in was on the smaller side, which made it a bit cramped, especially since we couldn't even put down a yoga mat on the floor. It would have been nice to have a bit more space.

During our stay over the Christmas holidays, we enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, which were spotless. The friendly and helpful staff were a definite highlight of our stay, offering great advice on local activities and places to eat. the location of the hotel was ideal, being just a short walk from the pier and surrounded by various bars, restaurants, and markets.
One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the noise in our room. Our specific room had a window to the hallway without glass, only a mosquito net and a curtain, which made it a bit noisy when other guests were coming and going.

it has a great location beside bars, shops, the pier and the beaches. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even allowed us early check in as we had arrived at 12. The hotel is not fancy but is clean with a comfy bed and decent shower.
They dont offer breakfast which is unusual, also they dont have tea and coffee making facilities in the room which i thought was quite standard now.

It's clean and the couple that run the hotel is very friendly. Be aware that there are quite a few rules to follow, but I think that's for the best in order to be safe and clean. The location is right in the middle of the "town" surrounded by local fruits and meat market, so it's not the most "beautiful" scenery but it's indeed very interesting and it gives a local touch. During the night it's quite calm, away from the night clubs but very close to walk if you want to. A 2 min walking distance from the pier and close to all the stores in the town. Very clean and with all the essential things one need to stay a couple of days.
The location is not the best if you want nice views and green nature, but it's practical.
